Return & Refund Policy
At Sri Shakthi Foods, we take pride in delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality homemade food products. Since our products are food items, we follow a strict policy to ensure safety, freshness, and customer satisfaction.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (homemade pickles, podulu, masalas, and food powders), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
Food items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product
You received the wrong product
The package was leaking or tampered at the time of delivery
The product was missing from your order
3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refunds will not be provided in these cases:
Change of mind after placing an order
Taste preferences (since taste is subjective)
Incorrect address or delivery failure due to customer error
Delay caused by courier/logistics beyond our control
Product opened or used after delivery
4. Reporting an Issue
If you face any issue with your order, please raise a request through our Contact Us page within:
⏳ 24 hours of delivery
To help us resolve the issue faster, we may request:
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the outer package
Unboxing video (if available)
5. Refund Process
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be made to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank, etc.)
6. Replacement Option
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:
A replacement product, or
A store credit / coupon
This will be decided based on the issue and availability.
